Mr. Nichols is a graduate of the University of South Florida where his primary focus was Pre-Med, majoring in Biomedical Sciences. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. During his time at Florida State University College of Law, he authored a paper called “Legislative Efforts Can Solve Consumer Grade 3D Printing Consequences” which discussed solving patent enforcement issues in a digital information and 3D printing age. He was also a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
He is licensed to practice law before all Texas courts by the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Nichols is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Nichols’ primary focus is practicing patent and trademark law, as well as personal injury, accident and tort law.
